Sabai Sabai were crowned winners at the glitzy ceremony hosted by Liverpool businesses woman Rachael Moon at The Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel last night (Monday October 24th).
MD Torquil Chidwick said, “this was a really great surprise to be recognised at a national awards ceremony. The team are looking forward to waving the flag for Birmingham.”
The glamorous event aims to honour and show appreciation to those venues in the food industry that serve us the best dishes as well as help us to explore new flavours and different cultural tastes.
Now in their third year, the awards celebrate and reward the very best in England’s food sector. Based on a public vote, the awards commend the talented individuals and businesses who are dedicated to constantly delivering high-quality dishes, produce and supplies to ensure impeccable service to their customers.
The glamorous night promises to be the biggest and most memorable event in the food industry, with a range of accolades to be presented to the most deserving professionals and businesses in the field, ranging from Best Street Food to the much sought after Restaurant of the Year.
The award comes after winning the award for Best Oriental Restaurant Award at the Birmingham Food Drink Hospitality Awards in June 2016.
