The restaurant specialises in the most delightful South Indian cuisine, rarely seen around the Midlands. Head Chef, Murray Sethurajapillai, worked for the prestigious Veeraswamy in London and with Keith Floyd on the TV series Floyd's India before moving to the Mango Tree.
